Set up alerts

Create a saved search

Follow Saved searches and alerts to define criteria that reflect work you actually want.

Enable notifications

From Alerts in the app, turn on email alerts for each saved search.

Assign owners

Make sure someone on the capture team is responsible for triaging each alert stream.

Alert hygiene

Review alert quality monthly. Pause or narrow searches that produce irrelevant results — noise causes teams to ignore alerts entirely.
